We are made up of literally nothing more than vibrating energy.
Humans are made of cells, which are made of atoms, which are made of particles, and those so-called particles are actually just vibrating energy.
Vibration isn’t “new age.” It’s literally who we are.
The music you listen to, the food you eat, the things/people you associate with on a daily basis will all effect your aura or vibration.
If you stay at a high vibration, other people can feel it, and are influenced by you. Same goes with negativity. This can be even more intense with empathetic people. This is why working on yourself isn’t selfish, and will end up benefiting everyone around you.
