⚡️SECRET NHS pandemic plans to DENY care for elderly revealed
Documents detailing NHS suggestions drawn up in a 2016 pandemic planning exercise to CUT critical healthcare for citizens over 70 and offer an “end of life pathway” have been revealed.
The exercise was designed to be in case of a “severe” flu outbreak to ease the burden on hospital beds by allowing doctors to prioritize patients on “probability of survival” rather than clinical need.
The plans were reportedly kept SECRET from healthcare professionals by the Department of Health, but an NHS spox insisted that it “did not form the basis of the NHS response to coronavirus."
