The Tavistock Institute was created from the Tavistock Clinic in 1947. The C_A began in 1947 as an offshoot of military intelligence. Coincidence??
Operation Paperclip was the code name for the 1945 recruitment of scientists from Nazi Germany to the US.

Nearly all the Projects that developed from Operation Paperclip…were operated (secretly in most cases) by members of the intelligence community…specifically the OSS… which in 1947 became the CIA.

Sadly many of the Monarch victims were children of military officers, and most of the MK Ultra experiments took place on or around certain military bases.

It appears that many of the officers used their children in these operations, because they could control and manipulate those that they were closest to. Some were also members of the Occult, and it was just something they did. Some (who weren’t part of the bloodlines) sold their children into the MK Ultra or Monarch programs to get immunity for crimes they committed.
