EMERGENCY BROADCAST SPEAKERS😳

These were installed approx 4 months ago, and are specifically for Emergency Broadcasting. Mind blown!!!!!! Under those big grates, with the sandbags, are the Metro tunnels. Also, Union Station is only 2 blocks away. The trains are used for nefarious reasons, and will be flooded eventually. They must be expecting a VERY height level of water, because thise go, what, 50 ft down? 😳 still needing sandbags? So, Emergency Broadcasting speakers, and sandbags, in place. These, for me, confirmed the EBS. Weve been hearing about it, but never anything concrete, for me. This, is concrete evidence, for me. 🙌🙌
