Lamentations 3:20-24
20 Surely my soul remembers and is humbled within me.
21 But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope:
22 It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed; His compassions do not fail.
23 They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.
24 “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in Him.”
Father in Heaven,
We gather before You through Yeshua and sing Your praises! You hear our cries and provide for our needs. We stumble, and You guide us back on our paths. We give thanks for all Your mercies and blessings, Father, and we humbly repent for our sins. We pray You continue to work in us and through us, serving one another and sharing Your Word. We praise You and bless You, Father, and it’s in Yeshua’s name we pray, Amen.

The DOD Law of War Manual states:
4.18.4 Activities That Constitute “Engaging in Hostilities” by Private Persons. Certain
activities constitute “engaging in hostilities,” i.e., when done by private persons, make them
liable to treatment in one or more respects by the enemy State as unprivileged belligerents.
4.18.2 Private Persons Who Engage in Hostilities – Denial of the Distinct Protections
Afforded Peaceful Civilians. Private persons who engage in hostilities forfeit many of the
protections afforded civilians under the law of war.(373) The principle of military necessity can
justify taking military action (such as detention) to address the threat posed by such persons.

It is very worth remembering when a Logan Act violation fails, that private citizens, including billionaire hedge fund board members who funnel trillions into war efforts CAN* be held to account under the letter of the law.
