I remember when I did a dig on David Straight and went on a spree watching of all of his seminars (HERE) & came across this gem where he talks about how things are designed to keep us out of our natural cycles. One of them being time.
Every time there is a time change & it gets darker earlier outside, I always feel out of sync, tired, and totally out of it for a while.
Remember when the senate passed the “Sunshine Protection Act” in 2021? This was to abolish clock changes to make daylight savings time permanent. Literally dark to light. Not sure when it’s supposed to take effect though. I gotta check on when it’s set to take place place. 🤔
