Martial law involves temporary substitution of MILITARY authority for civil rule and is usually invoked in a time of WAR, rebellion or Natural disasters.
When martial law is in effect, the Military Commander of an area or country has unlimited authority to make or enforce laws.
Martial law is justified when civilian authority has ceased to function, is completely absent or has become ineffective. Further, martial law suspends all existing laws, as well as civilian authority and the ordinary administration of justice. In the United States martial law can be declared proclamation of The President or a State Governor, but such a formal proclamation is not necessary. Nobel Prize Winner Professor Luc Montagnier Says Vaccine Is Creating Variants
In this interview, he states that the mass vaccination program is an "enormous mistake" and a "medical error" because "it is the vaccination that is creating the variants."
In other words, a so-called "leaky vaccine" or a vaccine that lowers the chances of severe illness, but still allows for transmission of a virus, can create conditions that promote the evolution of more virulent pathogens.
For further reading here is a 2015 NIH-funded study that found "imperfect vaccination can enhance the transmission of highly virulent pathogens."
The chart ennoscriptd "genomic epidemiology of novel coronavirus" shows the increase in mutations after the introduction of these leaky vaccines at the beginning of the year.

Trump & shots
I believe he’s wrong to support the vaccines.
Am thankful he supports medical choice.
Maybe he’s 100% pridefully enamored by them & that prevents him from seeing what we see. He is human.
Maybe most of the shots are placebos.
Maybe he’s showing us not to 100% trust any politician.
Maybe he wants us to do what we believe is right even if it means disagreeing with him.
In any case, Jesus Christ is never wrong.
Jesus Christ should be our focus.
I support Trump.
Trump isnt Jesus Christ.

Any cognitive dissonance you have on Trump & shots, investigate the amount of trust & hope you put in him.
Candidly, you probably have too much trust & hope in Trump.
We should be more focused on what Jesus Christ wants & what Jesus Christ taught in the Bible than we are concerned about Trump & vaccines.
