I could be way wrong, but it seems that Trump is making himself a lightning rod for the press to blame for the vaccine damages, which would create the admission of guilt for all the propaganda.

Eventually they will have to admit the jabs were poison, Trump seems to be giving them the ability to admit this and blame him at the same time. Either way the truth gets out.
