👉🏻 As the french government seeks to encourage vaccination at all levels of society, some prisons have taken steps in this direction.

🔎 Thus, the newspaper 20 Minutes revealed an internal note of August 10, 2021 where the prison of Sarreguemines encourages that :

↪️ "All inmates who will be vaccinated against Covid-19 will automatically benefit from the entirety of their additional potential sentence reductions."

ℹ️ This exceptional procedure aims, according to the internal note, to "encourage vaccination with the aim of achieving collective immunity".

🔥 This information has created an angry reaction in the French population since nearly 30% of citizens still refuse vaccination and are therefore sometimes fired from their jobs or forbidden to take the train or to enter supermarkets. The population complains that they are treated worse than criminals.

Today- the Mask Mandate at our Elementary school started. They said if the student doesn’t want to wear it- they need to say NO THANK YOU- then the principal calls the parents to make a plan (where obviously I will say no thank you)

When I dropped off our 6 year old at school I said here is a mask in your bag if you feel uncomfortable saying no (since she is 6). We got to the door and she turned to me and handed me the mask and said “I say NO THANK YOU”. Our 6 year is a FREEDOM FIGHTER! So proud I cried walking back to the car!
