PHOENIX – Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that his office (AGO) determined the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) is in violation of state law for failing to comply with the Arizona Senate’s legislative subpoena related to the 2020 election audit. If MCBOS does not change course, the AGO will notify the Arizona Treasurer to withhold Maricopa County’s state-shared funds as required under the law.

FBI unauthorized data accessible for OVER A YEAR after Palantir glitch

A federal court case against a hacker who obtained classified FBI data revealed it had been accessed by four unauthorized people for over a year due to a glitch in secret software program Palantir.

The data was retrieved by investigators in March 2020, but they only became aware of the access breach earlier this month.

The glitch was apparently caused by the default settings on the program, but a Palantir statement laid the blame at the FBI’s door - leading a civil rights group founder to suggest this could signal a wider range of FBI data mishaps
