A Florida judge has sided with parents by overturning DeSantis’ ban on mask mandates – ruling that school districts in the state can impose their own requirements.

Judge John Cooper made his decision after listening to testimony from parents, physicians, and education officials over the course of 3-days – ruling that Gov. DeSantis had OVERSTEPPED his authority.

The executive order banning school mask mandates has now been put on hold.
