Pour the milk in while on medium heat. Seriously, you gotta stir this thing constantly

Put the sausage in the gravy when the preferred consistency

Toast the bread, biscuit or whatever your fancy

Pour the gravy on the bread and serve

Remember, salt and pepper to taste
