Ezekiel 18:26-28
26 When a righteous man turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and dieth in them; for his iniquity that he hath done shall he die.
27 Again, when the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.
28 Because he considereth, and turneth away from all his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
Heavenly Father,
We gather before You, sing Your praises, and offer thanksgivings. We pray You forgive us our sins, and help us to forgive others by sharing Your grace and mercy. We lift up our brothers and sisters in Christ, and pray You meet all our needs. Father, we are grateful for Your instruction to turn from our wicked ways so that we may enjoy abundant lives instead of being slaves to sin and death. We pray You guide us through our struggles, and bless us as we continue to do Your will. In Jesus Christ’s name we pray, Amen.
