2 Peter 3:17-18
17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.
18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
Heavenly Father,
You are holy and we give You praise! We humbly confess our sins, and seek Your merciful correction. We pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ, our families and friends, the sick, the needy, and the lost. Father, we trust Your Holy Ghost to guide us as we follow Your Son, keeping us safe and always alert to the lures of the wicked. We ask You to continue to work in us and through us to serve one another, according to Your will and purpose. In Jesus Christ’s name we pray, Amen.
