This one is interesting just because we have to deal with the whole who decides and what is harmful thing. This is exactly why laws should be limited in scope, too. Good laws should build upon each other. No porn media for kids, but define it in the law to destroy opposition. Most of all, to destroy the evil opposition, enable parents to weigh in on what is appropriate. My thoughts any way.
