ARMY PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS soldiers gets 76 years in prison for child sexual abuse material (Audacy)

“Former Master SGT Joshua Glardon has been sentenced to 76 years in prison after being convicted of child pornography charges. Glardon had previously served as a First SGT at the 4th Psychological Operations Group located on Fort Liberty, the base formerly known as Fort Bragg, in North Carolina.”

“The investigation began when the social media website Kik provided a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a user that had uploaded containing child sexual abuse material.”

“When police served a search warrant and seized his digital devices, they found thousands of child exploitation images and identified the child that Glardon has personally taken pictures of.”

“A woman named Amy Huddleston had access to the child, & when arrested she confessed to allowing Glardon to rape the child, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Eastern District of North Carolina.”

Government accountability group sues DOJ for withholding "Public Comments" under FOIA request

DOJ is accused of "obfuscating, delaying, and failing in its lawful duty" by not cooperating with the FOIA request. The records sought are "Public Comments" regarding a superfund deal negotiated by former EPA employee

Awatchdog group committed to governmental transparency announced Monday a lawsuit against the Department of Justice (DOJ) to "force" it to hand over certain FOIA’d documents.

Protect the Public’s Trust (PPT) filed the lawsuit last week "seeking declaratory and injunctive relief to compel compliance" with a FOIA request for "public comments received by DOJ" pertaining to a proposed consent decree for the Diamond Alkali Superfund Site located on New Jersey’s Lower Passaic River.

There are many floods, fires, earthquakes and events seemingly happening all around the world. A fitting background given the trials and tests many feel in their own personal and spiritual lives.
Most of us must simply endure these times and watch and hang on to something as there's no stopping this train from where it's headed. 
Focus less on worrying about the world's burdens and instead on prayer, doing exactly what you need to do/are called to do the best you can do it, and giving your worries to God. 
Do not let yourself be overcome by carrying burdens you are not meant to. 
Allow God to use this season to continue to shape you into the person you're meant to be rather than succumbing to hopelessness and despair. 
In some ways, these birth pains across the planet are symbols of a world needing change. 
Let that change happen in you by letting your faith rise above the trials in your life. The world may be quaking, but you can stand firm through the storm.
