He looks like he's got a decent legislative record, but he may be in debt, which raises questions about possible corruption (personal debt can preclude someone from getting a job at a bank or public trust institution like the police). This is more scary than not, although him coming out of Congress in debt may be a good thing. Why not just have law enforcement confiscate the equipment and have cyber ninjas continue the audit?
