🎥 The video was recorded by John Kazaklis in Bova Marina where he met Maria Olimpia.
‼️ Griko is spoken by less than 1,000 people; mostly in Calabria, southern Italy
🟢 The woman is talking about how Calabrian Greek is important and that it should be kept alive, she also talks about the fact that very few people speak it, mostly in villages and that she wishes to meet more young people who speak it (and perhaps teach others?)
