‼️ The Pakistani had been under surveillance and unintentionally led the police to the place where the documents were being made, there the police found hundreds of fake IDs, Passports, Residence Permits, Visas, Asylum Cards, Stamps, 40 mobile Phones and 3 000 Euros in cash. The police confiscated the machines used for the production of such documents

💰The man was providing fake documents to hundreds of illegal immigrants who wanted to travel abroad (most likely western Europe), with passports costing around 1000 Euros and other documents costed less

👮🏼‍♂️ The Pakistani has a record, some of which also involve forged documents

Prior to 1974, Varosha was an affluent quarter of Famagusta. It was the modern, tourist area of the city, with around 39,000 residents, & the biggest tourist destination in Cyprus. In the early 1970s, Varosha even rose to become one of the world's top tourist destinations.
But decades of inter-ethnic violence had been brewing in Cyprus. Its majority Greek Cypriot & minority Turkish Cypriot population were increasingly at odds. After the invasion of Cyprus in 1974, nature has taken over in Varosha. Prickly pears and grasses have cracked the roads & concrete buildings. Some have even reported seeing sea turtles laying eggs on the deserted beaches where people once sunbathed. People fleeing Varosha left everything just where it was. People famously left meals half-eaten on the table.

One garage is even still fully-stocked with rusting 1970s automobiles. Apartments & hotels damaged by artillery fire were never repaired. They create a crumbling skyline that seems strange in the idyllic Mediterranean setting.

🔸 According to SKAI, the area will be demilitarized and the properties will be returned to their owners. For Varosia, he said that the opening of 3.5% of the enclosed area shows how carefully Turkey handles the issue

‼️ During his inflammatory speech, the Turkish President, in the presence of the "Turkish Cypriot" leader, Ersin Tatar, called on the Cypriots to apply to the commission set up by Occupied Cyprus to take back their property on the condition that they recognize the Turkish Cypriot administration

🔸 Referring to the Cypriots elsewhere in his speech, Erdogan said that "even today we see some people longing for massacres like those that took place before 1974" . The Cypriots "are not honest with us" he added
