1. Train a GPT-3 model using existing Persian text-to-speech datasets and language models.

2. Install a speech synthesis library, such as Festival or eSpeak, on your computer to generate the synthetic voices.

3. Create an audio capture device that records audio signals to feed into your GPT-3 model for analysis. You can use a microphone, headset, or other speech recording equipment.

4. Feed recordings of Persian sentences with different intonations into the GPT-3 model to further refine the accuracy and naturalness of its voice output. For best results, aim for recordings of sentences with variations in speed, cadence, pitch, and accents.

5. Add software components like user interface and settings menus to configure your system according to user’s preferences (e.g., voices).

6. Integrate the voice synthesis library with the GTP3 model and configure it according to user’s needs to generate synthetic voices with better mimicry capabilities using additive synthesis techniques like frequency modulation (FM) synthesis or harmonic additive synthesis (HAS).

7. Test your system by asking it to read back a set of examples that include everyday phrases as well as more complex words and sentence structures (consider producing these examples in both studio quality audio files and real world settings) and evaluate its performance accordingly with commonly accepted metrics like mean opinion score (MOS), word error rate (WER), phoneme recognition accuracy rate (PRAR), etc.). Investigate improvement opportunities while fine tuning hyperparameters related to the creation of realistic speech textures from scratch using GPT-3 APIs like natural language understanding (NLU), natural language generation (NLG), etc., for higher realism benchmarking of synthesized voices via vocal tract length normalization (VTLN) experiments - adjusting parameters such as pitch, formants glottal pulse width, etc., can result in ever more accurate speech mimicking abilities which are ultimately judged by human testers versus automated AI algorithms currently available in marketplaces like Mean Opinion Score based Text To Speech vendors such TTS providers offering this capability along with other features such as emotion detection through deep learning methods applied on recorded audio signals may also be considered as options if available in marketplaces near you
