Vax Injury Test Case

Class Action Covid UK is now inviting those who have been harmed by any of the Covid vaccines to contact us at: hello@cacuk.uk

Please let people know about this.

We can only consider cases in England or Wales currently. Claimants should email us with the following details:

1. Date of vaccination/s (include a copy of your vaccination record, if you have it)
2. Details of your injury and when the symptoms started
3. What medical attention you’ve received and whether the cause is confirmed
4. How your injury has impacted your life / lifestyle
5. Your name, age and a telephone number for us to contact you.

A test case is a single case where the outcome would have significance not only for the person bringing it, but for many others too. It tests an area of law to get clarity and establish legal rights or principles.

Please note that we will try to contact everyone, but we will of seeking to identify one case that will be most likely to win and set a precedent for everyone else, so please know that while we’re sympathetic to everyone who is suffering, we will need to be selective when deciding which case to proceed with.

What are we doing to our children?—Part 4: Conclusions

In the first three parts, I have attempted to outline the harms inflicted upon children by government policies designed to combat Covid 19. In Part 1, I examined the educational, developmental and physical impact on children. Part 2 was dedicated to setting out the various government policies which particularly affected children, and this was followed by an examination of whether these policies worked or were necessary. In Part 3, I examined government policies through a wider lens and again assessed whether they had worked. In this, the final part, I will draw a range of conclusions.

Vac , vac injured and unvac
The case revolves around psychological tort and HR against the government

We need an unvac dr
Who felt affected by the mandate period
but remained unvaccinated and held out to the end of the mandate period
- I’d imagine they felt pressured ,stressed with anxiety due to
risk of loosing their job
They may have received threats - (better still if documented) and / or saw gp with stress symptoms

We need a Dr who fits this denoscription and wants to act to make sure this doesn’t happen again
