In all cases, if a policy is discriminatory against you, you can bring a civil claim against the business or service provider in question. To be frank, alot of businesses breached anti discrimination laws when the mask regulations where in force. Alot of health authorities and NHS hospitals and surgeries did too. The prime reason this was the case is because of the PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THE SAME. They are as big a threat to liberty as anything, believing they have some quasi right to make up their own rules. It is therefore good to know that if an employee discriminates against someone, then the employer can also be liable for the acts of their employee in the discrimination under The Equality Act.
