📌 Rather than drinking cold water, add a pinch of Celtic salt to warm water, as it is far better absorbed into the body and does not pass straight through. Celtic Salt is the best as it contains lots of minerals.
📌 Epsom salt baths helps to detox the body, but you have to stay in the bath water for 20 minutes for it to be truly effective. It is suggested you use a timer. Use 1 cup of salts. You can also use Celtic sea salt or grey salt from the Atlantic Ocean.
📌 K2 with Vit D ensures the Vit D goes into your bones and teeth and not your arteries as Vit D is fat soluble. The ‘normal’ level for Vit D in the UK labs is 30-50ng/ml. In optimum nutrition 50-80ng/ml is recommended.

Turning the junk light off and putting on burning light after sunset will help your sleep LOADS!
🕯Most candles are full of paraffin which releases nasty chemicals like Acetone, Trichlorofluoromethane, Carbon Disulfide, 2-Butanone + many more.
These chemicals can cause a range of health issues such as asthma, damage to the brain, developmental and hormonal difficulties, damage to the lungs and central nervous system, and even increase C-risk!
🌪 +Paraffin is also a petroleum byproduct which releases carcinogenic soot when burned! Just think…this stuff is fuming out your house!
So make this non-toxic candle! It will take you WAYY less time than buying the crappy toxic candles from the store.

—2 ingredients (orange, olive oil).
—2 minutes ( eat half an orange, keep stem intact, pour in olive oil)
