the reason Oscar and i broke up was me. yes, you read that right... o was the reason our relationship ended. i was too possessive and too controlling, stopping him from fully enjoying his own world. i even limited who he could be friends with, just because i was too anxious while he was actually secure. Oscar has been incredibly patient like, unbelievably patient daawg. from day one, i already showed my toxic traits, but instead of walking away, he chose to stay. i accused him of cheating whenever he replied late. i accused him of things that weren’t real, just because my mind told me they were. and through all of that, Oscar stayed patient. he still loved me deeply, even when his friends told him over and over again to leave me. but he didn’t. he stayed. 😔 until one day, i realized that i was becoming too toxic for him. so i was the one who ended things. Oscar didn’t even want to let me go, he said he still loved me and that he was fine with my shitty behavior. but seeing him like that only made me more certain that breaking up was the right choice. because loving someone shouldn’t mean slowly destroying them, kan?

Miller is an only child, very wealthy, while i’m the eldest child from a pretty ordinary family and i carry the responsibility of helping take care of my younger siblings. i can honestly say that Miller loved me for who i was, because… i didn’t have anything close to what he had. looking back, when i decided to accept him as my boyfriend, i kept thinking, how did i even have the courage to say yes? where was my fucking mind? why did i only realize later that our “classes” were that different? Miller’s parents were actually fine with my background if anything, they didn’t really care as long as their son was genuinely happy with me. but the people around Miller, and even myself, kept turning it into a problem. it honestly messed with my head. day by day, i grew more insecure, until i finally decided to end the relationship. Miller cried when i broke up with him, guys… but what else could i do...? we were totally different and society keeps demanding perfection, doesn’t it? 🥹
