This is going to be a time, Starting now, to set your boundaries. There is going to be very little "let up" in the energies coming in. I'll be making a video about it tomorrow. Why Alexander all of a sudden do I need to set these boundaries?
You're going to be crystallising intensely. In the coming weeks and April. Food allergies are going to go through the roof, your body will need extra care...it has already begun. You will need to be in Flow state in the coming weeks. I would recommend not making a load of plans that are concrete because you will need days when you suddenly have to stay at home or can't face other people's energies as we enter into a once in a 166 year event. More on that on Friday.
You will need to set boundaries because you will need to take spiritual care of yourself mentally and physically in this period and if others around you can't understand that, that is their problem. Not yours. You are becoming a multi dimensional being. Most won't or can't understand that and people who don't like you setting new boundaries are the ones who abused them because you had none. This is a time for YOU, to do what you need to go up an Octave in April, and go up an Octave you will whether you are ready or not.
Eat when you feel like it, stay at home when you feel like, you will need to be in Flow state and don't let anyone else dictate to you what or how your going to operate in the coming weeks because the only thing dictating what is happening right now is the quite intense and slightly unrelenting waves coming in that are unavoidable. Set your space, set your boundaries and stay away from negative people in the coming weeks. Emotions will be intensified during this period. This can be a VERY powerful few weeks for you, but the body will need extra care for a short while.

Lot of things just happened all at once.
Sunspot AR2975 erupted yesterday, on March 28th (1129 UT), producing a major M4-class solar flare.
The blast propelled a 'solar tsunami' through the sun's atmosphere.
This tsunami was 'radio-active.' Its rippling leading edge beamed radio waves toward Earth.
Ironically, while the sun was turning itself into a temporary radio beacon, it simultaneously wiped out some radio transmissions on Earth.
A pulse of X-rays from the flare ionized the top of the atmosphere over Africa, causing a shortwave radio blackout.
Energetic protons accelerated by the flare+tsunami are now peppering Earth's magnetosphere, causing a minor S1-class radiation storm.
Moderately strong G2-class geomagnetic storms are possible on March 31st when a CME is expected to hit Earth's magnetic field. During such storms, naked-eye auroras can descend into the USA as far south as, e.g., New York and Idaho (geomagnetic latitude 55o). In fact, the storm might be stronger than predicted.
The source of the CME, active sunspot AR2975, has just sent one or two more CMEs right behind it.
Sunspot AR2975 has been busy.
Since yesterday it has exploded more than 17 times (11 C-class flares + 6 M-class).
The eruptions have hurled at least two, possibly three, CMEs toward Earth.

The light of God contains everything you need.
You can internalize this by imagining/seeing with your eyes closed first that what you're breathing is coming from God, however you're imagining God to be.. Be it the highest consciousness all around, above and below us, surrounding us from every direction. Or how ever you feel it the best way.
Then imagine the air you breath, is coming from God, is light, contains love, joy, neutrality, bliss, health, power, consciousness, or/and what ever you feel you need at the moment.
It is good you form in your mind this package of everything, so that it's ready in your subconscious mind when you do this meditation next time.
It helps you focus just into the breathing, instead of thinking everything(the process) at the same time
