Today we have been given the opportunity to visualize in the chart the technique of breathing: energy arrives, take a breath, detach the mind, feel, let go, transmute. In the second sequence, that of the red squares, the attitude seems even more perfected: the emotion emerges, you breathe, take a step back or one up 😉 , look back again at your emotion and then peace.
On these days when the frequency is rising ( 8.5 Hz today) operate detachment, relaxation, meditation and grounding in the ways and times you see fit.
