Ahead of Ramadan this week, Adidas have teamed up with walking group, Muslim Hikers, in a bid to make the outdoors a more inclusive space.

Signs to Mecca have been installed along a popular Peak District hiking route, and a new prayer mat has been launched.

Along with global sports retailer, Wiggle, Adidas TERREX – which offers specialist gear for outdoor pursuits – has worked closely with Muslim Hikers to identify the obstacles they face in the countryside.

Hundreds of trees in an orchard designated as a habitat of principal importance in England should be felled to build a new busway to tackle climate change, councillors in Cambridgeshire voted on Tuesday.

Keir Starmer accused of ‘hypocrisy’ for using special uncapped pension scheme.
The Labour leader led his MPs on Tuesday to oppose the Government’s move to scrap the cap on lifetime pension contributions of just over £1 million.
But now it has been reported that he enjoyed a special “tax-unregistered” pension scheme which means the lifetime allowance does not apply to his contributions from his time as DPP between 2008 and 2013.
