For the bakers, here are the ingredients (for one loaf):
250g water
200g pumpkin puree
60g sourdough starter
50g honey
500g bread flour
7g salt
A buncha raisins
When shaping, stretch into a rectangle/square shape, douse it in cinnamon sugar, then fold into thirds and roll up.
Everything else with the recipe can be done the typical way you bake your sourdough. Chilling for 1-2 hours before baking is great for this. Also you just tie the dough with twine right before baking, there are lots of videos on YouTube on how to do that.

This channel is officially a proponent of Peatism, if you are not metabolism maxxing you may as well just give up on life.
I definitely recommend monitoring your daily temperatures and learning at your own pace about how to improve your metabolic rate, which extends to the health of every system in the body. Chronic ailments that you may have could have a high likelihood of being metabolic in origin.
This index is a great resource to start off with. Personally, over the last 2 years I have made strides in my health utilizing these principles.

-Eradicated mood instability
-Increased basal temp by .8 degrees on average
-Gained 20 lbs of muscle
-Lost 10 lbs of fat
-No longer suffering from chronic rashes
-Best poops of my life. No longer constipated
-Healed plantar fascitis
-Stopped chronic hair loss
-No longer get vertigo from standing up
-Warm and energized throughout the day
-Motivation markedly improved
-Healed constant dysmenorrhea/spotting
-No longer losing balance while walking. Literally rebuilt my ability to walk
-Higher tolerance for aerobic exercise and all forms of stress
-I literally look younger than I did 4 years ago

Each rooster ended up being about 4.5 lbs after being cleaned. We butchered them at 5 months old, they are tender enough to roast.
The breed is Delaware, which briefly dominated the poultry meat industry in 1950s America before the Cornish Cross was invented. In the early 2000s, this breed was considered critically endangered, but its population is recovering due to their all-around excellent chickenness.
Besides being a large, genuine meat bird, they are also supposedly prolific layers. The hens from this batch are not laying yet, but they have quickly found a place in the main flock. They have domineering, fearless personalities, and they are tireless foragers. Their disposition is unique among the chicken breeds. I like them a lot.

Optimistic for onions this year. I've dealt with my seedlings damping off in years past, but tried out a new starter soil this year (Happy Frog potting soil). Despite being a full blown potting soil, it's actually pretty fine. You can see how well the seeds took to it by how vigorous their roots are. All this time getting disappointed, and it was the soil that was sus.
I like to start onion seeds in the first week of January and transplant anywhere in March for zone 7. They need a ton of time to grow before planting.
