Henok
Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot lately about how much I enjoy learning and exploring new things, especially when it comes to physics. And after attending that recent developers' meetup, I felt really inspired by the sense of community and collaborative…
I have created a group, organized things and etc. Wait for a while till I post the invite link here✨

This Telegram group is a community for anyone in Ethiopia who is interested in physics. Whether you're a student, a professional, or just curious about the universe, you're welcome here! We offer a supportive environment for learning, sharing, and collaborating on all things physics. From basic questions to complex research topics, from experiments to memes, we aim to make physics accessible and engaging for everyone. Join us to connect with fellow physics enthusiasts, expand your knowledge, and have fun exploring the wonders of the universe!
It might not be perfect now, but it will definitely get better as we gain more members and ideas.
There we go.

The Idea Of Time Dilation
Time dilation means that time passes differently for observers in relative motion. The faster you move relative to someone else, the slower time passes for you compared to them. This isn't just a theoretical concept; it's been experimentally verified.
Einstein's theory of special relativity postulates that the speed of light in a vacuum is the same for all observers, regardless of their motion or the motion of the light source. To reconcile this with the usual understanding of space and time, relativity says that time stretches or dilates at speeds approaching the speed of light to keep the speed of light constant for all observers. Imagine a spaceship zooming past Earth. An astronaut on the ship measures time ticking normally. However, observers on Earth see time on the spaceship slowing down. The faster the spaceship goes, the more pronounced this effect becomes. We experience time as a constant, universal flow. Special relativity tells us that it does depend on relative motion and the faster you go, the slower the time passage.
Time dilation isn't just a theoretical curiosity. It's essential for the accurate operation of GPS satellites. These satellites are moving at high speeds relative to observers on Earth, and time dilation effects must be taken into account to ensure accurate positioning.
In essence, time is not absolute. It's relative, and its passage depends on your motion through space, a truly mind bending concept that challenges our everyday experience.

The abstraction of this concept goes beyond what we can observe, that is why Einstein is often termed as the most genius person to ever live.

What do you do when you are very anxious about everything and the future seems dark?

One short advice for people who are interested in math and physics:
I see multiple times that people who score good marks being automatically labeled math or physics prodigy. And the lower-ends being labeled dumb or whatever. Which is totally a wrong perception.
Scoring high is most of the time a matter of repetitive problem solving and assessing the materials repeatedly without necessarily having the intuition.
So, if you are not acing every math and physics exam, it doesnt mean you are not enough but rather you didnt practice well. Focus on the understanding more than you focus on the academic status.
