Linear algebra just might be the crown jewel of mathematics. Foundational to quantum mechanics, machine learning, robotics, and key areas of physics like particle physics, its principles underpin some of the most transformative fields of science and technology. It will continue to be.

Do you think we (humans) are closer in size to the largest thing in the universe (the observable universe) or to the smallest thing in the universe (the planck's length)
If you compare our size to the grand scale of existence, humans sit in a surprisingly “middle” position. The observable universe stretches about 10²⁶ meters across (or in astronomical terms, 90 billion light years), while the smallest possible unit of length (the Planck length) is just 10⁻³⁵ meters. That means we’re only 26 powers of ten away from the largest thing, but 35 powers of ten away from the smallest. In other words, we are closer in size to the entire universe than to the tiniest building block of reality. Even atoms and protons are far nearer to us than the Planck scale.
Simply put, we are about 1,000,000,000 times closer in size to the observable universe than to the smallest meaningful length in physics🤯

Cosmic accidents
In order to create life, our planet must have been relatively stable for hundreds of millions of years. But a world that is stable for hundreds of millions of years is astonishingly difficult to make. Start with the way atoms are made, with the fact that a proton weighs slightly less than a neutron. This means that neutrons eventually decay into protons, which occupy a lower energy state. If the proton were just 1 percent heavier, it would decay into a neutron, and all nuclei would become unstable and disintegrate. Atoms would fly apart, making life impossible.

It is unreasonable to think all of this came to existence out of nowhere.
