Derrière les faux faits sur les homicides d'Amnesty : il n'existe aucune preuve crédible que peine de mort dissuade criminalité – Telegram
Among countries with a large surplus of homicides, we find the United States, countries in Africa, South and Central America, the Caribbean, and countries that belonged to the former Soviet Empire.

Many countries in Latin America also have higher homicide rates than expected. There is an important and growing literature on violence in Latin America identifying numerous different factors responsible for this increase, including social inequality, ineffectiveness of the police and other criminal justice institutions, corruption, organized crime, armed conflicts, and so on (Frühling, Tulchin, & Golding, 2003; World Bank, 2007).

In regard to Africa, the fact that many countries have a large homicide rate is to be expected given their socioeconomic, demographic, and political characteristics. It is also not surprising that the United States has an excessive homicide rate, as it has by far the largest homicide rate of the most developed nations.
It's really sad to see bullshit over bullshit if we check stats Amnesty @AmnestyBullshit is using to promote their "no death sentence" fight!

Our world should check pro and contra, not just pro with 50% of the informations, and maybe even false informations!

As we said multiple times, we are against any type of discrimination, means even innocent people sentenced for life or death just for other personal interests, like https://news.1rj.ru/str/AmnestyBullshit/201

In such case all people making bullshit sentence should get in prisons!

We are against bullshit shared as scientific facts! So, yes, maybe the death sentence doesn't reduce the homicide rates, this still doesn't mean that such sentence is bad, if we consider other aspects, that Amnesty just IGNORE! We know, we haven't done a full detailed search about this huge complex topic, but just the things we checked, most of them are just false or partially false! So first check all previous posts to make a conclusion.

Plus like we said multiple times we are not just focused on promoting few human rights, like Amnesty is doing. They do almost nothing about euthanasia, animals and planet rights. Plus remember that there are not just right of prisoners, but of the victims and other people. This is important to remember, otherwise it happens the same shit like with trans women wanting to compete in women sport, discriminating the women rights! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, like prisoners getting more rights than normal people!

It's time to make proper sentence without discrimination and using facts. It's time to remove all soft sentences, where people can kill or rape again after few years ... It's time to defend the right of people and not using bullshit religious ideas / opinions. Yes, religion has an huge influence, just think about the topic "abortion" or other things! It's time that people start to think with facts and the brain, not with tradition, social pressure, bullshit and no sense religious aspects. It's ok to follow a religion, but ....
Albania has been a member of the Council of Europe since July 1995 but it has not yet abolished the death penalty, which still applies to seven different offences. None the less, Albania has applied a moratorium on executions since 29 June 1995, introduced with a view to its accession to the Council of Europe https://perma.cc/9565-93MK

On 10 December 1999 a decision by the Albanian Constitutional Court that the death penalty was contrary to the new constitution effectively abolished the death penalty in peacetime in Albania.

The last execution in Albania took place in 1995.

These diverging patterns of homicide victimization are most striking when com- paring Eastern European countries to the rest of the continent (Liem and Campbell 2014): in Eastern European countries such as Belarus, Moldova, and Ukraine the homicide rate ranges from 4.3 to 6.5 per 100,000. This pattern is also visible among other former Soviet nations such as Albania (5.0), Estonia (5.4), Latvia (4.7), and Lithuania (6.7). Russia 9.2.

a) remember stats are shit! like homicides rates! they change like crazy based on sources!

b) assault rates is increased in Bulgaria AFTER death sentence ban (1998, last execution 1989)!

c) Capital punishment in Lithuania was ruled unconstitutional and abolished for all crimes in December 1998 BUT RAPE RATES INCREASED! while homicides decreased like Bulgaria ...

d) Jamaica. The last execution took
place on 18 February 1998 BUT homicide rate of 44.2 per 100,000 population and rape 58.8 in 2023

e) Homicide 🇦🇱📈 50 —> 61 in 4 years! same for sex crimes!

f) less @AmnestyShit!

What he got? LIFE 🤦‍♂️

Age: 22 = 70 years in prison - 20 years = 3-4 mio $ wasted!

Since 1978, California has spent $5 billion on a death penalty system that has executed 13 people = 384 mio $ / prisoner 🤦‍♂️ WTF do you need to spend 400 mio $ if proofs are 100% available?!

Moreover, the National Academy of Sciences estimates that as many as one in 25 people sentenced to death in the United States is likely innocent.

The state's bedrock responsibility to ensure equal justice under the law applies to all people no matter their race, mental ability, where they live, or how much money they have —> well, a death sentence is not unequal justice, if such things get done with proofs and facts!

the foregoing

Marijuana became more popular and prevalent throughout the 70’s, until California decriminalized the substance in 1975, and eventually legalized medical marijuana in 1996 and recreational marijuana in 2016.

But yes, having marijuana legal is more important! .... 🤦‍♂️
