Mandates are not what most people think they are.

Mandate is not a law, it is a voluntary agreement, that you must agree to…
That is the law they do not want you to know. It is not Mandatory until the mandatary agrees.. If a mandate goes against your Natural Born inalienable rights(the Constitution for them protects your inalienable rights), it cannot become a law.
