Note SUPREME COURT RULINGS TAKE PRECEDENT OVER ALL THE COURTS if it hasn't' been overturn by the SUPREME Court as "unconstitutional" SECTION 98 explains it in common language...This could be used to STOP ALL THE BS about not allowing us to travel, to work, etc, because of some emergency that has lasted almost 2 years for a fake disease.
