Nowadays, the initiation of a global research association is essential to take advantage of the experiences of all researchers and scientists who have been active in the field of COVID-19. Indeed, the establishment of such an investigation team could facilitate the gathering of worldwide findings on Covid-19.
The objective of this interset group is divided into two parts: 1.Research: the first purpose of this group is to carry out research projects such as articles and publishing books by concentrating on conducting review studies. It will also provide useful opportunities for students to develop their abilities alongside experienced expert professors in various fields related to COVID. 2. Education : The secondary purpose is to increase the scientific knowledge of society to achieve a better understanding of the disease. Conferences, seminars, workshops, and meetings are among the programs for this purpose.
Membership will be through motivation letter.

OVERVIEW (PART1)
In December 2019, an outbreak of a mysterious pneumonia occurred in Wuhan, Hubei province of China.WHO officially named the disease as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) which its etiologic agent is SARS-COV2 categorized in Coronaviruses. A group that caused three fatal pandemics. Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) in 2002 and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in 2012( SARS-COV1 and MERS-COV agents respectively) before COVID-19. COVID-19 is a zoonotic disease by indicating that SARS-COV2 had a %96 similarity to bat SARS-like COV (phylogenetic analysis). human-to-human transmission is confirmed through several ways such as droplets, oral mucus, fomites, aerosols, and contacts. While COVID-19 is known by the considerable pulmonary disease including acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and pneumonia, clinicians have observed several extrapulmonary manifestations such as gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, renal, and neurological syndromes.

"Swiss cheese model" can apply to coronavirus.
The “Swiss Cheese Model” uses slices of cheese to visualize how interventions work together. Each intervention including physical distancing, mask-wearing, hand washing, and disinfecting is depicted as an imperfect barrier to virus transmission by the holes in the cheese.
When multiple effective, but imperfect, interventions are combined like a stack of Swiss cheese slices, some of the holes in the cheese are covered and virus transmission is decreased or even stopped. Some viruses might get through a couple of holes, but the odds are low that holes in every slice would line up and allow the virus to slip through the entire stack.

Japan supercomputer shows humidity affects aerosol spread of coronaviru
TOKYO, Oct 14 (Reuters) - A Japanese supercomputer showed that humidity can have a large effect on the dispersion of virus particles, pointing to heightened coronavirus contagion risks in dry, indoor conditions during the winter months.
The finding suggests that the use of humidifiers may help limit infections during times when window ventilation is not possible, according to a study released on Tuesday by research giant Riken and Kobe University.
The researchers used the Fugaku supercomputer to model the emission and flow of virus-like particles from infected people in a variety of indoor environments.
Air humidity of lower than 30% resulted in more than double the amount of aerosolised particles compared to levels of 60% or higher, the simulations showed.
The study also indicated that clear face shields are not as effective as masks in preventing the spread of aerosols.

Member recruitment for Interest Of Group CoronaVirus 2019
OVERVIEW (PART2)
Symptoms of COVID-19 begin with nonspecific syndromes including fever (83%-93%), dry cough (76%-82%), and tiredness (31%-55%) which has a 2-14 incubation period.SARS-COV2 spike subunit seems to facilitate entry of the virus into the host cell by utilizing angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) as do the SARS-COV1 and MERS-COV. engaging ACE2 by SARS-COV2 resulted in several manifestations such as direct viral tissue damage, endothelial damage, thromboinflammation, dysregulation of immune responses, and maladaptation of ACE2-related pathways. COVID-19 can be classified into three consecutive stages of increasing severity:
1. Stage l: during the early infection phase flu-like symptoms and upper respiratory tract infection dominate.
2. Stage ll: the pulmonary phase when the patient develops pulmonary inflammation with all associated symptoms and coagulopathy.
3. Stage all: the hyper inflammation phase characterized by fibrosis. ARDS, Sepsis, and other organ failure develop.
