We are again receiving reports that the redemption of Campaign Bounties is currently bugged and not possible, leading to not being able to progress in the event. We will keep you updated once the issue is confirmed by Niantic or if it is resolved.

It is possible that this only affects Europe as its timezone switched back from Daylight Saving this night, setting the clocks back an hour and messing with the code that keeps track of when the event ends, leading to this bug. Other regions might not be affected.

Daily Bounties are also reported to not work at the moment with the "Assignment Refreshes" timer at the top stuck at 00:00:00.

Agents - the NIA is aware some Agents are unable to interact with the Dispatch/Bounties system and are investigating.

Reports are coming in that the issue has been fixed. The Daily Bounties have been reset in the process and may need to be redone.

The NIA has resolved the issue. Affected Agents should perform standard troubleshooting steps if it has not resolved immediately (clear cache, reinstall Scanner).

Our yearly Halloween tradition in our Discussion group is back!

For the next two days, only Pokemon Go and Peridot are allowed to be discussed with Ingress being banned. As part of this, the group will be disconnected from the main channel which means that it will not be possible to comment on post of the main channel, so don't be confused.

Should there be major Ingress news revealed during the next two days our "Event" will end early and the channel will be reconnected to the group.

The Campaign for the 12th anniversary of Ingress is now visible in the Dispatch screen! It also shows what seems to be the design of a 12 sided dice which could possibly the basic design of the 12 anniversary badge, however this is not confirmed.

Niantic has updated its support article about Supported devices to also include in which languages Ingress is officially available. This confirms that the recent removal of some languages from the game like Polish was intended and that they will not be supported going forward.

Agents, with Second Sunday approaching this weekend, the NIA is looking to clarify language related to the Scout Controller option of the Assignment.

Similar to Missions and Visits, Scout Controller must also be claimed on all time uniques.

Additionally, with Second Sunday now using the Dispatch feature, the NIA would like to remind Agents that they must CLAIM a task to earn their Second Sunday credit. It no longer awards automatically as it did previously.
