The Seer medal is going out! It'll likely take a bit to update the badge to the correct tier, so don't panic if you should have unlocked a higher tier already but it is still locked.

After a few hours, some more information has come to light:

- Once you recieve an agreement in OPR, the Recon badge will immediately tick up as well (assuming your "Agent Rating" is not Poor, although this couldn't be verified yet)
- The first Portals have already been accepted by the community! According to Niantic Spatial, these portals will sync once daily to the Scanner map as they did previously under Wayfarer
- If you have used Wayfarer plug-ins via wayfarer.tools or from elsewhere, most of them also work on OPR. To enable them you'll need to manually edit the noscript by including // @match https://opr.ingress.com/new/* at the top of the noscript. If you don't want to tamper with them you can also wait for a potential update by the noscript authors themselves

Agents are reporting issues with Daily Bounties

We received numerous reports about the Daily Bounties not ticking up when an action is completed. Pressing the Resync button or restarting the scanner does not seem to help.

Niantic Spatial has released 3.0.1 for Ingress Prime!

As expected and announced, Ingress Prime is now just called "Ingress" again and the start up screen has been changed to reflect that, together with the new Niantic Spatial logo. The scanner also received a fix for a crash that happened with Adventure Sync and the game engine was updated.

A new addition which wasn't announced is that badges now show the date of when they were unlocked, allowing you to look back on your journey. These dates are also shown when looking at the profiles of other Agents, even when their stats are hidden. Additionally, the app got a slight update of its logo.

The App Stores themselves also got an overhaul with new screenshots.

One of these screenshots in the App Stores shows a Premium Campaign which we haven't gotten any info on (yet)! The Campaign revolves around the 10th anniversary between ITO EN and Ingress and would reward a Badge at the end of it.

From what we can tell from the screenshot, the Campaign seems to be a Premium Campaign with 3 Assignments. The first Assignment consists of 3 fairly easy Bounties and rewards ITO EN (+), Beacons, XMPs and Resonators.

Of note is that this Campaign seems to have no expiration date and can be completed on your own time.

It is unknown if this Campaign will make it into the game or if this was just a mockup created for the screenshot, however ITO EN itself did just recently post about the 10th anniversary partnership with Ingress on their blog. If this Campaign is actually planned to be released we would guess that it'll be announced soon™.

Given that OPR/Recon seems to be a copy of Wayfarer, we assume that rejecting is the same way as Wayfarer.

As a reminder, NianticTintino posted this on a previous Wayfarer AMA. This implies that 👎 on Socialize/Exercise/Explore does not reject a nomination.

CMU prices for iOS users in the Eurozone have been noted to be lower than usual, undercutting the prices on Android. It is most likely that this is a misconfiguration on the side of Niantic Spatial, but if you want to stock up on CMU now is a good time to do so if you want to take advantage of this "error".

The current prices are as follows:

2.500 CMU: 1,99€ (was 2,49€)
7.000 CMU: 5,99€ (unchanged)
15.000 CMU: 9,99€ (was 11,99€)
32.000 CMU: 22,99€ (was 23.99€)
90.000 CMU: 59,99€ (unchanged)
200.000 CMU: 99,99€ (was 119,99€)

Other currencies experiencing the same have not been reported as of yet.

After a few days we have received other reports regarding price changes for CMU across multiple currencies and both platforms.

As an example, prices have increased in Türkiye and Sri Lanka, while prices have decreased on Android in the Eurozone after our previous post, now matching the iOS prices more closely but not exactly.

SITREP – Operation: Green Star Shines on Southern Lands
November 23rd 2025

After six months of planning across Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Hunan, Jiangxi, Hubei, Henan, and Taiwan over 200 ENL Agents united to push the limits of the current link cap.

The result? Limit reached
7,382 links were anchored to the Portal The Spinny Thingy before the servers refused to take more, throwing Faction Errors and heavy lag.
The total link distance was about 3.33M km! That's 83 trips around the Earth, 4 times the journey to the moon and back or 11 light-seconds!
In the end, the total MU count was about 870M MU spread across the 24 layers of the Operation!

A spoofer strike tried to derail the op, but teams rebuilt instantly. From intel and logistics to agents hiking mountains and clearing blocks in the wind, cold and mud, this victory was carved from dedication and teamwork.

Congratulations to ENL Agents @ming1129 (Planner), @CraZerG, @stillkevin, @xana233, and 200+ Agents who made the Green Star shine!

The Intel Map and the Mission Creator Tool are currently having issues with signing in. Brian has written on Bluesky that the team is investigating, but for now you should not sign out of the Intel Map if you are still logged in. The Mission Creator Tool is out of order completely for now as it signs you out automatically pretty quickly in contrast to the Intel Map.

A (seemingly) separate issue that Agents are reporting also is that actions taken in the Scanner are not counting towards Bounties, both Daily Bounties and Campaign Bounties (Redux). At the moment we don't know yet if Niantic Spatial is aware of this issue.

Niantic has released Version 3.1.1 into the App Stores!

In addition to C.A.R.G.O. (which is interestingly not listed in the Update Notes itself) are a few changes to the Portal Key list, adding a new condensed view to show more Keys at once, as well as the option to collapse Campaign Details.

A few fixes also made it in, fixing a few bugs related to the Redux Campaign and Medals as well as fixing a bug in which Glyphs were not shown during the Overclock result screen.
