I am a proud Dutchman and that is why I sometimes like to eat PATATJE WAR or fries with peanut sauce and mayo and onions (some places don't add onions). This is how we have been doing this for years in the NETHERLANDS and I don't care what people think now that a potato war "is no longer of this time".. NOTHING at all!!! I don't care because I just keep calling it a patatje war just like I and many others have always done and always will continue to do whatever is going on in the world because that is EXACTLY what we need to defend in times like this, namely our culture and our individuality and we cannot just throw that away because it does not make people happy. I always say dissatisfied? then you can go somewhere else where they don't call it patatje (or fries) war, because that is something very Dutch!
