This is the Russian tactic, to lie about Nazis holding people hostage and killing them when they try to leave. They will then either say that the Nazis did it or will justify their actions by saying "everyone in the area are actually nazis".
They have done this previously in Mariupol and are doing it again. Don't forget their tactics, don't let them get away with their bullshit.
