The Oldenburg v WEC case was lost today. This was on the absentee ballot envelopes having illegal language on it, and voters required to include their original request - signed - back along with the absentee ballot. As required by Wis Stats 6.86(1)(ac).

The Court ruled Laches applied, he did not rule on the rest of the case but issued an opinion instead. Laches meaning the case should have been brought sooner, when WEC began intentionally violating state statute - that was in 2006. But not really, because WEC didn't even come into existence until June 30, 2016. Also, if it is the law it is the law - a court can't approve of unlawful behavior. The Judge twisted words like a pretzel to come up with the decisions he did.

So now WEC gets to commit election fraud en masse.

This right here resonates with many! While it may not be everyone, there is a certain level of gatekeeping happening which is detrimental to the future of this country! Has anyone asked themselves why the RNC has not tapped into the group/team of national election integrity experts, state by state, who have worked together for years on everything from data, mapping, policy, procedures, legislature, candidates, education, etc. You name it, we’ve done it….and more than likely what has been in the news or exposed is because of someone within our network/team of people. Here we are, under the 100 day mark, with an untouched gold-mine of energetic, knowledgable, American-lovin’ election experts that could secure a 2024 WIN….and where is the RNC?

Breaking: I'm calling for the arrest and prosecution of Sandra Brown, the former election manager of Mesa County, Colorado.

Using her laptop, she accessed the Dominion Election Management System 111 times to flip votes in the 2020 election.

LDF files in the Dominion Voting System EMS (Election Management System) show this. Mesa County purchased the optional "adjudication" software package from Dominion.

Funny how the lying cheater Dominion President John Poulos, who is directly involved in stealing our elections, won't sue me for defamation. I wonder why? 🤣

From today's DOJ news release:

"A federal grand jury in the Southern District of Florida returned an indictment today charging three executives of an election voting machine and service provider company and a former Chairman of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) of the Republic of the Philippines for their roles in an alleged bribery and money laundering scheme to retain and obtain business related to the 2016 Philippine elections.

"According to the indictment, between 2015 and 2018, Roger Alejandro Pinate Martinez, 49, a Venezuelan citizen and resident of Boca Raton, Florida [and president of Smartmatic], and Jorge Miguel Vasquez, 62, a U.S. citizen and resident of Davie, Florida, together with others, allegedly caused at least $1 million in bribes to be paid to Juan Andres Donato Bautista, 60, the former Chairman of COMELEC. These bribes were allegedly paid to obtain and retain business related to providing voting machines and election services for the 2016 Philippine elections and to secure payments on the contracts, including the release of value added tax payments.

"The co-conspirators allegedly funded the bribes through a slush fund that was created by over-invoicing the cost per voting machine for the 2016 Philippine elections. To conceal and disguise the nature and purpose of the corrupt payments, the co-conspirators used coded language to refer to the slush fund and caused the creation of fraudulent contracts and sham loan agreements to justify transfers. The co-conspirators then allegedly laundered funds related to the bribery scheme through bank accounts located in Asia, Europe, and the United States, including in the Southern District of Florida."

One of the other 4 indicted along with Smartmatic President Piñate is Elie Moreno, age 44, a Venezuelan.

Moreno is brother-in-law of Antonio Mujica, also Venezuelan, who was previous president of Smartmatic and reportedly Smartmatic's largest shareholder.

Hate to burst the President’s bubble, but Virginia’s election management system and electronic poll-books are connected to the internet, regardless of the tabulators’ connectivity. Even if these devices are “air gapped” (many are not) the results are still uploaded to internet connected machines.

“On paper” every state boasts the same talking points as Virginia’s governor.

The question is will there be any meaningful enforcement?
