Stray thoughts on Bank Your Vote/Vote Early/Vote by Mail:
*It will be difficult, if not impossible, to get 81 million ballots for Harris, especially when Trump yanks millions of 2016/2020 Dem voters to his side
*In order to bleed Harris ahead perhaps even in an electoral vote only win through the Rust Belt, Trump vote total will need to be contained so it isn't in the 85mm+ range, and thereby unstoppable and unbeatable
*The best way to control the quantity of Trump votes then, with Harris unable to replicate the 2020 cheatfest in magnitude, would be to have as many of these votes put in as possible before Election Day, and then...
Delete or otherwise "lose" them.
Then you can get your dueling vote totals under 80mm and narrate the outcome as needed.
Vote in person on Election Day unless absolutely unable to do so.

The Importance of Cast Vote Records (CVR)
Election Integrity
Several counties are currently in the election recount process. How can citizens be assured fraudulent ballots are not being counted? Read this post with important information from Indiana First Action to learn more.
Newest release from William Daugherity on Cast Vote Records (“CVRs”)
What is a CVR? It is an electronic record of a voter’s selections. Election results are produced by tabulating the collection of CVRs and audits can be done by comparisons of the paper ballots against the CVR. Listen for yourself!
National Institute of Standards and Technology (U.S. Department of Commerce) (NIST) standard states that CVRs are not confidential information, yet the Indiana Secretary of State office refuses to instruct county clerks to release them. Is the Secretary of State office violating this federal standard? Some clerks claim they were instructed that it was illegal for them to look at CVRs. If this is the case, how can clerks confidently certify their own elections? This renders the machines useless.
Cast Vote Records Common Data Format Specification
Indiana First Action met with Secretary of State Diego Morales and Kegan Prentice showing them the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) positions on CVRs and other states’ published CVRs. Was the Indiana Election Division’s guidance in error (Page 333 of 2024 Indiana Election Administrator’s Manual?)
Indiana First Action was told all of the vendors and the Indiana Election Division were called into Luke Britt’s office to discuss the dozens of complaints filed, and that no one at that meeting knew what a CVR was exactly.
Mr. Daugherity claims otherwise as you saw in this video.
Why did Senator Greg Walker push so hard to put forth a bill (SB224) deeming CVRs to be made private under state law when they are for the public?
Citizens have been told that Indiana elections are safe and secure. If our elections are truly safe and secure, that will be demonstrated easily via citizen analysis of the CVRs. If our elections are safe and secure, there should be no hesitation by our elected and appointed officials to release this information. However, no transparency, no trust. Give us transparency, and then we will trust.

The truth of the matter is no state has an effective systematic way of cleaning up the voter lists. All 50 states have dirty rolls - we posted findings on 10 states we researched in detail in posts above. The SoS think ERIC is doing it, the local election clerk thinks the SoS is doing it, the county clerks think all these others are doing it. Truth = no one is.

In our Hoosier state, we have many registrations that have been active for more than 2 federal elections with no vote history that are not being "inactivated" or removed via the "million dollar paper postcard initiative". Also, many illegal UPS store registrations, PO Box registrations as well as storefront or burnt down locations (now vacant lots) have been discovered in a VERY preliminary review. We are happy to work with the clerks to assist.
As elected officials, clerks can request the legislators to bring their solutions to the floor for a vote since they are mandated to maintain accurate voter rolls to run certifiable elections.
Here's a few ideas to consider:
--How about at every closing of a new home, there is a "change of voter reg" form notarized by the closing agent from old address to new and sent to corresponding clerks?
--What about in diploma packets from college, a change of voter reg form be given so voters can continue voting at their new residence and removed from old?
--What about running our voter rolls against the US Postal Office National Change of Address, and mailing to those people who have possibly moved out of state a form so that the voter can voluntarily mail back in themselves to cancel their voter registration if they have indeed moved out of state?
--What about if you move into a new state to be a resident, the respective BMVs have you sign and mail a form to your old state to cancel your previous voter registration?
--What about an education campaign, not only to register to vote, but also to remember to cancel your voter registration if you've moved from that area!
--What about when you are registering new voters, you always ask if there is somewhere the voter needs to cancel a registration and assist with that as well?
All of the above ideas will need full legal review to make sure they comply with all the numerous federal and state laws affecting elections as well as support from legislative bodies. But it is a start. There is no reason we can't have clean voter rolls in this day and age. None at all.
Let's work together and get it done! We love our clerks and want to help!

Congratulations to Public Interest Legal for another slam dunk win in South Carolina. The National Voters Rights Act explicity states that the statewide voter rolls is a record that is subject to inspection aka should be FREE to citizen analysts....not $5000 or fees varying from county to county.
Many candidates this Spring were told by their county clerks to pay for this information while they were preparing to contact their constituents or door knock, while other clerks were producing them for free. The Secretary of State's office when contacted about this discrepancy incorrectly stated that the clerks could charge whatever they wanted to. "Accordingly, the Court declares that the South Carolina Statewide Voter Registration List is a record subject to inspection pursuant to the NVRA, and that the NVRA preempts any South Carolina law limiting access to the Statewide Voter Registration List to South Carolina registered voters." - Judge Joseph Anderson Jr.
