Have you all been going to your clerk's office asking them to preserve the ballots and all election data post September 3rd (22 month retention minimum)? We have been FOIAing for CVR (cast vote records-same purpose) with declinations galore for almost a year. Get out there, start a friendly relationship with your clerk and let's get moving. They don't bite.

When we go to the 6 counties we canvassed, you can bet we will be asking for them. We also have a step by step process (with screenshots) to be helpful if they have no clue what you are talking about. That has been thr consensus....no clue.

What can you do to help? 1) Tune in to the weekend marathon. At 9:00 a.m., Mike will be speaking about "How Did We Get Here" through his eyes for 2 hours. Then for the next 6 hours, each state will be presented (in alphabetical order) with speakers involved in their state's election integrity movement to discuss their findings, etc. so I estimate I will be speaking around 12:30 p.m.

Election Machine “Homework” Assignment

Please do the following. Contact your local Board of Elections or equivalent.

Ask them these simple questions. Let’s keep it simple and not make accusations.

Q1: Which components of the entire election system have wireless CAPABILITES beginning with the e-poll pads, through to ballot marking devices, tabulators, servers, etc….all of it?

Q2: How is the configuration of those components confirmed to ensure that those wireless CAPABILITES are not used?

Q3: Who is in charge of keeping the configuration specification for those components?

Q4: Who is in charge of the configuration verification of those components prior to and during an election?

Q5: How is that configuration verification documented prior to and during an election?

Q6: Ask for a copy of the results of Q5?

Do not let someone tell you “they are not used so don’t worry about it”. We are asking about capabilities here and confirmation that capabilities are not enabled.

You may find out that certain capabilities are supposed to be enabled which would also be informative.
