Remember your voting rights team.

Before going to the polls, check your file at indianavoters.in.gov. After logging in, sign up your acct for a 2 step authy involved for future checks. Does it show you are registered? You good to go? If not, call your clerk or the Indiana Election Division and insist the problem be fixed, for those voters that have not moved or always vote and your registration is missing. If you are a 1st time voter, the deadline to register has passed. BMVs do NOT rectify 'moving' issues with VRs. You must call your clerk to transfer your voting ID to your new residence/precint/county.

IF you go to vote and you are told you are NOT registered when you have voted for years, demand to vote through a provisional ballot and call the Indiana Election Division hotline while there. Do not be turned away until the problem is resolved.

If you have NOT voted but the ePb says you have, demand a provisional and call your sheriff to file a complaint re: identity theft (evidencing/creating a paper trail of this problem at the same time). Please note: provisionals must be defended at your county election board so ring the clerk 2 days after the election for your appearance date/time and show up. If you don't, your in-person day of vote will be discarded and the early one will count.

IF you have received a mail-in and have changed your mind about voting early (or it was unsolicited), take it with you to the precinct, turn it in and ask for a ballot. Same rules apply for election board appearance above.

THIS is why everyone needs to know your provisional rights. Prepare your family and friends! Do not be turned away and know who to call.

Have eyes to see. Instead of emailing, be sure to call your clerk as well. Have your needed phone numbers ready on your phone. When reporting screenshots to us, I will need to know location of polling place and time you voted and who you reported this to. All evidence will be put into our repository. You will see the pollpad Wifi (needed for e-Pbs) which should be locked (for vote center counties). Why, oh why, must all of this technology be placed between a voter and our ballot?
