Theme: Build a Telegram bot with the following requirements:

👉Open to 2nd & 3rd year IS students.
👉Use python-telegram-bot v21.10.
👉Implement webhooks (not long polling).
👉Host on Railway.

Bot Features:

Commands: /start (starts the bot), /help (provides bot info), /sort (sorts input text alphabetically).
Handle other text and images beyond commands.

Prize: 💰 300 Birr
Deadline: Next Sunday, 2LT
