Today Telegram launches two design competitions with the total prize fund of $50,000.
1. Contest for designers of animated stickers.
Dates: 5 Oct - 20 Oct (23:00 CET)
Prize fund: $25,000
The goal is to create a sticker pack with at least 3 animated stickers as described here https://core.telegram.org/animated_stickers and send the link to your sticker pack to @jobs_bot (choose Animated Stickers Contest) before 23:00 CET on the 20th of October, 2019.
2. Contest for designers of themes.
Dates: 5 Oct - 20 Oct (23:00 CET)
Prize fund: $25,000
The goal is to create a color theme for Telegram supporting at least 2 platforms (e.g. iOS and Android or Android and Desktop) as described here https://core.telegram.org/themes and send the link to your theme to @jobs_bot (choose Theme Design Contest) before 23:00 CET on the 20th of October, 2019.
The prize fund will be distributed among the best contributors (at least $1000 each). Authors of the best stickers will also be able to join the pool of official sticker artists of Telegram.
All the submitted designs will become public on the 21st of October on our contest platform. The winners will be announced on the 27th of October.

We do not know what the problem is, but it seems that our domain has problems answering any request, on our side everything works without problems, we think it is a problem caused by CloudFlare.
We can not do much ourselves, we are waiting for the response of CloudFlare support team
Update 14:26 CEST - We investigated it, it seems that our registrar has been blacklisted our domain for no reason, we contacted them and are waiting for a reply
Update 15:51 CEST - We solved this problem!
So, what happened? We don't know.. it seems that someone sent a notice to our (former) domain registration company to close our domain because we did "suspicious activity with the domain", so we bought a new domain from a new registrar and configure everything to make this problem disappear forever. Thanks to the guy who made this possible (irony)
Currently our bots are offline, as we are finishing reconfiguring everything so that they are working again
In a couple of hours everything will return as before, just as long as the bots finish responding to all the people who (not reading this channel) sent hundreds and hundreds of /start to the bots
