Criteria to identify the winners: 1) The validity and efficiency of your code 2) The potential demand for your service from a consumer standpoint.
Denoscription: in Stage 1, you have proved that you know how to build smart-contracts on TON. This time you may choose any idea you like for your smart-contract - and implement it. You will retain the ownership over the decentralized projects resulting from this contest. You are also encouraged to launch your apps on TON mainnet once its live.
Your project should be decentralized and built with a TON-based smart-contract, but can also include off-chain elements if required. Each participant may submit a maximum of two projects.

Winter is upon us and Christmas is coming soon - so that's the topic of our latest theme challenge! However, things have changed - Telegram now has support for Cloud Themes and with it comes new responsibilities for theme creators taking part in our challenges! You should now support multiple platforms with one theme.
The deadline for submissions is the 24th December at 23:59 UTC(+0), we will start showing the best submissions soon after that.
The task
Create a Christmas theme which works on multiple platforms.

Once you’re confident, submit the link of your glorious Holiday themed masterpiece.
What are the requirements?

A quanto pare il team Telegram sta lavorando ad una nuova funzione per la sicurezza degli utenti che vogliono fare l'accesso al proprio account.
Grazie a questa nuova funzione, che sarà disponibile in Impostazioni > Dispositivi. Si potrà fare il login senza dover fornire un numero e in seguito un codice di autorizzazione, basterà solo scansionare il QR code con il proprio smartphone.

• Get a notification when any of your scheduled messages are sent.
SILENT MESSAGES, GROUP ADMIN TITLES AND SLOW MODE
• Right click the Send button to send any message without sound – in case the recipient is sleeping.
• Enable Slow Mode in Group Permissions to control how frequently members can post.
• Set custom noscripts for group admins – like 'Founder', 'CFO' or 'Spam Fighter'.
NEW PRIVACY SETTINGS
• Choose who can find you on Telegram when they add your number to their phone contacts.
This is also the last Unigram release for Windows Mobile. The app will still work on mobile devices in the future, but it won't receive any new update.
Unigram is being actively developed since 2016 and it has been a long journey together, but it is time for me to move forward.
Of course this doesn't affect in any way Windows desktop, that will continue to receive Unigram updates in the foreseekable future.
