I chat bot sono un tool sempre più utilizzato. Come mai?
Perché cresce l’esigenza di avere un customer care sempre più efficiente sui social. Gli utenti esigono risposte chiare e veloci. I chat bot permettono di automatizzare queste risposte, essere il primo punto di contatto con il lead. Quindi è fondamentale che siano ben impostati.

Ecco che, vista l’esigenza, il nostro studio elabora il contratto per il professionista di chat bot.

Quali sono gli aspetti da disciplinare in maniera precisa?

1️⃣ Cosa si vende:

✔️ Un chat bot che il cliente gestisce (ma è la richiesta meno frequente);
✔️ Un pacchetto in cui oltre al chat bot sono compresi:

➢ parte strategica
➢ parte di implementazione che implica una serie di ulteriori step:
▸ ottimizzazione attraverso A/B test
▸ modifiche
▸ implementazioni

Ovviamente nel secondo caso vanno definiti tutti i dettagli, perché il numero di ore che il professionista dedica al progetto cambia notevolmente in base alle richieste del cliente.

2️⃣ È opportuno definire:

✔️ Finalità del chat bot, per non rischiare che il cliente lo faccia poi modificare completamente.

Dai KPI si sviluppano le risposte del bot.

3️⃣ Il chat bot viene realizzato ex-novo o si utilizza un template da personalizzare per il cliente.

4️⃣ Esclusioni di responsabilità se si utilizzano fornitori di chat bot come Manychat, Chatfuel, Tars ecc... per quanto riguarda gli aggiornamenti, bug ecc...

5️⃣ GDPR: il chat bot ha bisogno di consensi per tutta l’attività svolta sui lead. Quindi bisogna verificare se si sta vendendo un bot che è già GDPR compliant oppure no. In quest’ultimo caso è opportuno definire i relativi esoneri di responsabilità.
