Unigram has been updated to version 8.3 (6802)
Unigram keeps working on redesign by gradually updating some parts of the app.
In this build, the Settings got updated icons: now they are designed in Windows 11 style and have a hover animation.
Besides that, tray icon was added in version 6775, though Unigram can't work in background when you close the window yet (but you will still receive notifications).

Dove sono le reazioni
Alcuni attenti utenti delle versioni beta di Telegram hanno fatto notare che in alcuni gruppi e canali le reazioni ai messaggi sono scomparse.
È successo a causa di cambiamenti nel sistema delle reazioni: sono state disabilitate di default in gruppi e canali. Nei messaggi privati, la logica delle reazioni rimane invariata, quindi puoi reagire a qualsiasi messaggio come facevi prima.
Non è noto se la logica di questa funzione subirà ulteriori aggiustamenti.
Alcuni attenti utenti delle versioni beta di Telegram hanno fatto notare che in alcuni gruppi e canali le reazioni ai messaggi sono scomparse.

When Telegram said goodbye to TON last year, I expressed the hope that future generations of developers would one day carry on with our vision of a mass-market blockchain platform.
So I was inspired to see the champions of Telegram's coding contests continue developing the open TON project, which they rebranded to Toncoin.
I'm proud that the technology we created is alive and evolving. When it comes to scalability and speed, TON is still years ahead of everything else in the blockchain realm. It would have been a shame to see this project not benefitting humanity.
Unlike the original TON, Toncoin is independent from Telegram. But I wish its team the same success. Coupled with the right go-to-market strategy, they have all they need to build something epic 💪
So I was inspired to see the champions of Telegram's coding contests continue developing the open TON project, which they rebranded to Toncoin.
I'm proud that the technology we created is alive and evolving. When it comes to scalability and speed, TON is still years ahead of everything else in the blockchain realm. It would have been a shame to see this project not benefitting humanity.

Quando Telegram ha detto addio a TON l'anno scorso, ho espresso il desiderio che le future generazioni di sviluppatori un giorno portassero avanti la nostra visione di una piattaforma blockchain per il mercato di massa.
Quindi sono stato ispirato nel vedere i campioni dei concorsi di programmazione di Telegram continuare a sviluppare il progetto aperto TON, che hanno rinominato in Toncoin.
Sono orgoglioso che la tecnologia che abbiamo creato sia viva e in evoluzione. Quando si tratta di scalabilità e velocità, TON è anni avanti rispetto a tutto il resto delle blockchain. Sarebbe stato un peccato vedere questo progetto non giovare all'umanità.

As our judges continue evaluating submissions, we have selected some of you to join our effort based on how well you did in our previous task.
Those who were selected have received a notification from @ContestRatingBot.
A most deserved thank you goes out to everyone who completed the task!
If you completed the task but were not selected, don’t worry: we still could use your help.
Starting on December 27th, the bot will let everyone rate an additional 1000 gifs, and will continue adding more gifs at regular intervals as we process everything. Those who successfully rate gifs according to our guidelines might still be chosen as paid helpers.
Expect to see updated guidelines in the bot, along with new examples.

2021: è giunto il momento di dare i numeri.
Grazie agli amici di @TgStat diamo un pochino i numeri e facciamo il punto della situazione.
Questo progetto è nato nell'autunno del 2017 e da allora, sbagliando e provando a migliorarci di volta in volta siamo giunti a questo risultato. Siamo felici di vedere il nostro canale crescere ogni hanno sempre di più e siamo ancor più felici nel vedere come la comunità creata intorno ad esso è cresciuta. Il gruppo @insidetelegramlab per noi non ha nulla da invidiare ad altri gruppi su Telegram.
Pure il blog ormai è diventato una fonte di informazione per chi vuole scoprire le news, ma anche come utilizzare Telegram.
Tutto questo è successo grazie a voi e noi (Flavius, Gianmario, Benedetto e Francesco) che abbiamo lanciato questo progetto, non possiamo che ringraziarvi per tutto.
Grazie a tutti gli amministratori del canale e del gruppo. Un grazie di cuore a tutti coloro che hanno partecipato con le loro domande durante le dirette e durante tutto l'anno nel gruppo.

We are happy that 47 designers from all over the world chose to participate in the
Android Design Competition.
Unfortunately, none of the design concepts met the ideal submission criteria required for🥇1st Place.
Each of the🥈2nd Place entries would require a substantial amount of work and considerable polishing to make the submission suitable for use in future Android Developer contests.
Even though no submission could be awarded🥇1st Place, we decided to increase the prize fund by another $18,000 to properly reward all the efforts that went into this content.

Goal: Design main screens for the Windows 11 native Telegram app in accordance with the newest guidelines of Windows 11 and using the latest approaches of that platform (e.g. blurred backgrounds). The mockups and functionality shown should also be consistent with the Telegram apps on other platforms.
The screens that are necessary to design:
- Chat list with all types of chats shown (channels, groups, secret chats, bots)
- Chats with all types of messages shown (voice and video messages, videos, photos, polls, documents)
- The UI to send files/media and add captions to them.
