The largest expanse of Roman mosaic found in London for more than half a century has been unearthed at a site believed to have been a venue for high-ranking officials to lounge in while being served food and drink.
It was discovered about a month ago at a construction site near London Bridge.
The mosaic, which is eight metres long, will be lifted later this year for preservation and conservation work, with the eventual hope of it being publicly displayed.

Russia returns to Gold standard
The government will abolish the VAT (tax) on bullion. This Bill will go to the State Duma on March 4. Going forward - when purchasing gold bars or other precious metals from a bank, the 20% current tax on top of its value will not apply.
This is a way to ensure people can invest securely in something other than the dollar (usually people hold their cash in dollars as the ruble is volatile.)
- Counter sanctions commission.

Russia does not care about a depreciating Ruble. They where switching to gold standard anyways. Same with China. They’re working together to devalue the US dollar
