I like to apologize for the absence from posting any new articles or posts in the last few months.
This channel is run by me alone.
It started when I had a sports accident I had enough time to sit at home and maintain and grow this channel
After we had more than 3000 people ‘ joined’ I was honestly feeling more pressured to post things that engage and interest you …
there came a point where I thought twice about how a article or post would be received …

In spring this year I decided that it’s time to spend less time online and over the summer ( and the broken bone right below my knee joint had healed properly) I became busy living live … enjoying extensive hikes in the forests and Mountains where I live…

It was a beautiful summer … I hope you too had a wonderful and rich summer and that you are taking enough time offline.
Now autumn has arrived the weather is still gorgeous but I intend to post more often
although I do plan to do an extended meditation retreat in the coming months but before that I intend to post more …
