On security of culture and immunity to subversion:
A Nomad, especially one on The Wire appears as a force of his own will. The Nomad cannot be subverted because he does not stick to one place too long. There is an air of distinction around him, a certain aura. He cannot however be pinned down and described. His spirit cannot be reverse engineered because the path he takes is a one way ticket to the breaking of Samsara.
This is, most of all, true for his aesthetics and doctrine. As he moves, so does the way he looks and the way he acts - this is why the Nomad, being Spiritual or Cybernetic, wins against the ever rusting sedentary Rome.

Diaphragmatic breathing, or deep breathing,
is breathing that is done by contracting the diaphragm a muscle located horizontally between the thoracic cavity and abdominal cavity Air enters the lungs, the chest does not rise and the belly expands during this type of breathing. Diaphragmatic breathing is also known scientifically as apnea
which is a natural and relaxed form of breathing in all mammals. Eupnea occurs in mammals whenever they are in a state of relaxation, i.e. when there is no clear and present danger in their environment.

Diaphragmatic Breathing Exercises
Diaphragmatic breathing is a type of breathing exercise that helps strengthen your diaphragm
an important muscle that helps you breathe as it represents 80% of breathing.
This breathing exercise is also sometimes called( belly breathing or abdominal breathing).
When the diaphragm is functioning effectively in its role as the primary muscle of inspiration, ventilation is efficient and the oxygen consumption of the muscles of ventilation is low during relaxed (tidal) breathing.
When a patient relies substantially on the accessory muscles of inspiration, the mechanical work of breathing (oxygen consumption ) increases and the efficiency of ventilation decreases.
Controlled breathing techniques, which emphasize diaphragmatic breathing are designed to improve the efficiency of ventilation, decrease the work of breathing, increase the excursion of the diaphragm, and improve gas exchange and oxygenation.
